Plaintiff, a boy of 7, was riding as passenger on the back of a bicycle operated by another boy, proceeding in a northerly direction on Ennis road at or near the intersection of Hutchins road in White Lake township, Oakland county. Defendant was driving an automobile in an easterly direction on Hutchins road at or near said intersection. A collision occurred between the bicycle and the automobile, and plaintiff was injured.
