This is a suit by plaintiff as a citizen and taxpayer to enjoin the disbursement of certain public funds by reason of alleged unconstitutionality of two acts of the 72nd General Assembly granting certain pension benefits to certain retired public school teachers.

Sections 34-106.1, 34-106.2 and 34-106.3 were added to the School Code...
