In this custody case the Circuit Court for Baltimore County by a decree entered May 11th, 1962, awarded custody of the three minor children of the parties to the mother, the respondent-appellee, subject to rights of the father, the complainant-appellant, to visit the children and to have them visit him "at all reasonable times."
