This is a consolidated tax certiorari proceeding instituted by R. H. Macy and Co., Inc., petitioner herein, which seeks a reduction in the assessed valuation of certain real property in the Roosevelt Field Shopping Center located in the Town of Hempstead, Nassau County, New York.

The years under consideration for the review of the real estate tax assessments are: 1957-58; 1958-59; 1959-60; 1960-61; 1961-62; 1962-63.
