In plaintiffs' action to recover damages for fraud the trial court directed a verdict in favor of defendants Laura McCarthy, Inc. and Mrs. Jane Sweeney. The jury returned a verdict in the amount of $21,986.50 against defendants Lawrence A. Kriegshauser and Grace M. Kriegshauser. However, the trial court subsequently sustained a motion of Grace M. Kriegshauser for judgment in her favor in accord with her motion for a directed verdict. Final...
