Carroll McCormick, Bishop of the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown, Trustee for Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. The amended complaint alleges that in the year 1943, Anthony J. Tracz and Pauline Tracz purchased a plot in the cemetery...
