Until his death on July 8, 1956, Louis S. Caine was an executive employee of James Heddon's Sons of Dowagiac, Michigan. As such, his life was insured under a group policy written by appellant, John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. Plaintiffs-appellees, Catharine D.
