Hugh D. Bennett, an employee of North Georgia Rendering Company, sustained an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment. He was delivered a check from Old Colony Insurance Company, the employer's insurance carrier, in full payment of temporary total disability. At the same time, he received a final settlement receipt and agreement for compensation as to his temporary total disability on forms approved by the Workmen's
