This is a tort action instituted by Robert Younger, both individually and for the use and benefit of his minor daughter, Darlene Younger, based on personal injuries sustained by the child when she was struck by an automobile. The suit was instituted against Ray Bonin, Mrs. Jeanette D. Bonin and Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company, but it was subsequently dismissed on exceptions as to Ray Bonin.
