Lot Thirty-eight (38) of SCOTT ACRES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 3, a subdivision of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, as per plat thereof recorded in the Conveyance Records of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in Book 800. Page 663.
