By this appeal, this court is called upon to review a final decree rendered in the above causes, which were consolidated for purposes of final hearing.

This litigation evolves around a concession agreement given by the Dade County Port Authority in respect to the transportation of passengers from the county-owned airport to and from points within Dade County. Said contract was entered into pursuant to the provisions of §§ 331.14...
