This is an appeal from an order sustaining the appellee's demurrer to the appellant's counterclaim on the ground that the district court had no jurisdiction of the counterclaim.

The pertinent facts are briefly stated. Gerhard Meyer and the appellee, Doris M. Biles, were involved in an automobile collision at an intersection of two county roads in Marion County, which resulted in Meyer's death. Thereafter...
