Two affidavits were filed in the Columbus Municipal Court in which the state of Ohio, appellee herein, was plaintiff, and Betty L. Johnson, appellant herein, was defendant. Each of them alleged that Mrs. Johnson, on February 18, 1963, within the city of Grandview Heights violated a provision of Chapter 3732 of the Revised Code dealing with "Food Service Operations."
