Alex Mockosher, while walking on a concrete sidewalk in the City of Shreveport about 4:30 o'clock in the morning, slipped and fell as the result of a large pool of oil being on the walkway. Mrs. D. R. Neely was injured under similar circumstances about 6:45 o'clock of the same morning, this case being No. 9980 (155 So.2d 437).
