This is a partial dependency case under the Workmen's Compensation Act, sections 48-122 and 48-124, R.R.S.1943. The question involved is whether or not the plaintiff, the parents of the deceased, were partially dependent upon their deceased 20-year-old son on the date of his death within the meaning of the act.
