This was an action in the nature of an equitable proceeding by minority stockholders of a Kansas corporation seeking to set aside the sale of certain shares of the corporation's stock, and for injunctive and other relief.

The trial court found generally for defendants, and rendered judgment accordingly. Plaintiffs have appealed.
