EAGER, Judge.

Defendant was found guilty by a jury of the offenses of second degree burglary and stealing; the court found that he had been convicted of a prior felony and, after overruling his motion for new trial, sentenced him to four years' imprisonment for each offense, the sentences to run concurrently. This appeal followed. No brief has been filed here for the defendant, so we consider all sufficient assignments...
