This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries which plaintiff and appellant, Ray Clair Sperry, hereinafter referred to as plaintiff, claims he sustained by gunshot wounds. Appellees and defendants are William C. Greiner, a deputy sheriff of Lancaster County, hereinafter referred to as Greiner; Merle C.
