City Transportation Company of Dallas appeals from a judgment for $6,250. in favor of appellee for damages on account of bodily injuries sustained by her in a collision between an automobile driven by a Mrs. Flossie Williamson and a taxicab of appellant, in which the appellee was riding as a passenger.
