This suit was brought by appellant against appellees, R. D. Ready et al., to condemn an easement over a strip of land ten feet in width and approximately 101 feet in length, with improvements thereon, for the purpose of widening Griggs Road in the City of Houston. Judgment was entered in the total amount of $12,112.50 based on the jury verdict finding $112.50 rental for occupancy for a period of six months...
