The National Labor Relations Board ("Board") found that respondent violated Section 8 (a) (3) and (1) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended,1 by discharging two of its employees for engaging in activities protected by Section 7 of the Act. It further found that respondent violated Section 8(a) (1) of the Act by interrogating its employees in respect to a grievance meeting which they had held on respondent's premises...
