Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of larceny of a motor vehicle, in violation of section 321.82, Code, 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a term of ten years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison, to run concurrently with a previous sentence against this defendant for a term not exceeding ten years for breaking and entering. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. The only error...
