1. Sinclair argues its general demurrer, renewed after an amendment striking from the petition allegations of the Moultrie city ordinance. It also contends that the petition was not good because the parking meter could not be a distraction. This latter contention was laid to rest in the prior appeal, Redding v. Sinclair Refining Co., 105 Ga.App. 375, supra, which may represent the outer limit of the distraction...
