This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals affirming the rejection of claims 1-8 in appellant's patent application, Ser. No. 764,262, filed September 30, 1958, for "Animal Feeds Containing Aspirin." Claims 9-11, directed to such feeds and giving percentage ranges for the proportion of aspirin in the feed (0.002% to 0.05%), stand allowed.
