This case involves an appeal from a final order of the Circuit Court of Logan County entered on August 9, 1961, by which judgment was awarded in favor of Jess S. Maynard and Julia Maynard, husband and wife, against Westchester Fire Insurance Company of New York for the sum of $5,000, in an action on a fire insurance policy covering a dwelling owned jointly by the plaintiffs; and by which order another judgment was awarded in favor of the same plaintiffs...
