Clyde S. Woods and his wife were involved in a motor vehicle collision on December 22, 1961, at Common and Texas Streets in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Plymouth automobile in which they were riding was stopped for a red light and was struck from the rear by a Buick automobile being driven by Mrs. Janice L. Brenner. The latter car was owned by Henry Brenner and insured by Grain Dealers Mutual Insurance Company, the named defendants in this suit. This...
