Plaintiff-appellant sought damages because of injuries suffered by her when she fell in the produce department of one of defendant's stores as a result of slipping on a grape which was on the floor.

Trial of the case before a jury resulted in a verdict for plaintiff. Judgment was entered thereon. Defendant moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or in the alternative, for a new trial. The motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict...
