Petitioner was charged with violation of the provisions of subdivision 6 of section 106 of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law. This subdivision provides that: "No person licensed to sell alcoholic beverages shall suffer or permit" the licensed premises "to become disorderly." After a hearing on the charge, the Authority's hearing Commissioner found the evidence insufficient to sustain the charge. However...
