SULLIVAN, Justice.

Appellant sought from the Superior Court a common law writ of error coram nobis. The writ was issued but after a hearing it was dismissed. This is an appeal from such dismissal.

In 1956 appellant had been tried by a jury upon an indictment and had been adjudged guilty and heavily sentenced for the crime of attempting to escape from the State prison. P.L.Me., 1955, c. 309. He is serving that sentence. His plea of error coram nobis antedates...
