After a bench trial in the criminal court of Cook County, the defendant, Giovanni Dennis. was convicted of the crime of burglary and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of not less than three nor more than ten years. On this writ of error, he contends that he was not proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
