Clayton Fields brings this action seeking review of a decision by the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare that he is not eligible for Social Security disability benefits under 42 U.S.C.A. 423. Jurisdiction over this action is allowed by 42 U.S.C.A. 405(g) but only to the extent that the court may review the record to determine whether the decision of the Secretary is supported by substantial evidence.
