Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of larceny in the night time in violation of section 709.4, Code 1962, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty to the lesser, included offense of larceny of property of the value of more than $20 in violation of Code sections 709.1 and 709.2, I.C.A.
