This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, then sixty-three years of age, about 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, July 23, 1960, by reason of the alleged explosion of a bottle of strawberry soda pop in Hopkins Brothers self-service supermarket in the Lutesville-Marble Hill area of Bollinger County.
