(Schacht) and Minneapolis-Honeywell Regulator Company (Minneapolis-Honeywell) in the sum of $10,250, unanimously modified, on the law, the facts having been considered, to the extent of dismissing the complaint against Minneapolis-Honeywell, and, as so modified, affirmed, with costs to defendant-appellant.
