Petitioner, Aaron Wallace, instituted this suit to recover from defendant, Hanover Insurance Company of New York, the sum of $6,000.00 representing the amount of insurance afforded by a policy of fire insurance issued him on April 28, 1960. Petitioner also claims statutory penalties, attorney fees and interest. The Lower Court awarded judgment in favor of petitioner and against defendant for the sum of $6,000.00, together with twelve (12%) per cent...
