Petitioner, Aaron Wallace, instituted this suit to recover from defendant, Hanover Insurance Company of New York, the sum of $6,000.00 representing the amount of insurance afforded by a policy of fire insurance issued him on April 28, 1960. Petitioner also claims statutory penalties, attorney fees and interest.
