Both of these appeals arise out of the same cause of action and the same type of order. During the spring of 1961, the appellee recovered a substantial judgment against the Republic of Cuba. Subsequently it levied execution on various chattels and goods, belonging to the judgment debtor, i various counties of the State of Florida. In September of 1961, it caused a levy to be issued and made upon two airplanes and a sale thereof. In October of 1961...
