PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by information with the crime of failure to leave his name and address at the scene of an accident, in violation of section 321.263, Code 1962, I.C.A. Upon trial he was found guilty and was ordered to pay a fine "of $_____ and in default of payment of said fine is committed to (county) (city) jail for one day for each $_____ of said fine, not to exceed 5 days."
