This is an appeal by defendant bailee from a judgment entered upon plaintiff's claim. The complaint alleged that plaintiff delivered his Oldsmobile automobile to defendant, a body repairman, for the purpose of having several minor repairs made thereto, and that, while it was in defendant's possession, the car caught fire because of defendant's negligence, thus causing a total loss.
