To the question, "What, in your opinion . .. would you feel that a prudent person would pay for this particular property?" the court ruled, in response to the objection that the question called for a conclusion, "I think he was referring to factors which would influence an ordinarily prudent person, and I'll let it be considered upon that basis and on that basis only, not as being applicable to a particular individual but [what] one in the market...
