The county of Cook appeals from a declaratory judgment of the circuit court holding the county zoning ordinance unconstitutional as to plaintiffs' 113 1/2-acre L-shaped tract in the south half of section 21 in Northfield Township. It abuts on the Chicago and North Western Railway to the east and lies from 1/2 to 3/4 mile north of Lake Avenue...
