PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of resisting an officer, contrary to section 742.1, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to the county jail for a period of 30 days and to pay a fine of $200. In default of payment of the fine he is to be confined in the jail one day for each $5 of the fine. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which...
