Plaintiff commenced this suit to obtain a divorce from bed and board on the ground of nonsupport in that defendant refused to provide suitable maintenance, although he had the financial ability to do so. The defendant denied the allegations of the petition and filed a cross-petition for a divorce on the ground of extreme cruelty.
