Pursuant to a due hearing and review on appellee's form 9 application, the Full Industrial Board found that appellee, on or about September 29, 1958, while in the employ of appellant, sustained personal injury as the result of an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment; that

"said injury consisted of an aggravation of a pre-existing osteo-arthritic condition of the cervical spine...
