SOBELOFF, Chief Judge.
The appellant, Jerome Dwight Glass, is a prisoner in the federal penitentiary at Terre Haute, Indiana, to which he was committed after pleading guilty in the District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. He filed pro se in that court a motion alleging that his pleas had been induced by certain promises made by an agent of the F.B.I., who also misled him as to the range of allowable penalties.
