This is an appeal by the defendant, Beneficial Standard Life Insurance Company, from a judgment which the circuit court entered in favor of the plaintiff, Katherine Jean Green, widow of the deceased insured James Lee Green. The widow was the beneficiary of a life insurance policy that the defendant issued to the deceased October 19, 1959. The judgment is based upon a verdict.
