This is an action for damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident which occurred in Natchitoches Parish at about 3:00 p.m. on November 5, 1958 at the southerly approach of Louisiana Highway 1 to the Monette Ferry Bridge, when a 1955 Chevrolet automobile owned and operated by Father Alphonse Rigouts, proceeding in a northerly direction collided with a 1958 International truck towing a 1955 Freuhauf trailer...
