This appeal involves a promissory note dated May 3, 1960, for $2,745.00, bearing interest at five per cent per annum from date, payable one year after date to the order of plaintiff. It is signed by the two defendants as follows: "Francis F. Delhomme, Rene D. Delhomme, Secretary".
