BOSLAUGH, Justice.

This is an action to recover damages arising out of an automobile accident in which Tony A. Zager is the plaintiff and Janette Johnson is the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant. The plaintiff's motion for new trial was overruled and he has appealed.

The accident occurred when the front of the defendant's automobile collided with the right side of the plaintiff's truck at the intersection of Thirty-ninth and Washington...
