Beck died in Sunflower County, Mississippi, leaving a last will and testament dated April 28, 1955, which was duly admitted to probate in the Chancery Court of Sunflower County, Mississippi. Thereafter a subsequent will was found dated December 22, 1956, and the first will was thereupon set aside and the second was duly admitted to probate as the last will and testament of the deceased...
