This appeal is from the decision of the Board of Appeals which rejected claims 1, 11-13, 16, 18, 19, 21 and 22 of appellant's application1 entitled "Calcium Silicate Hydrate Products" as unpatentable over the prior art.

The initial decision of the board affirmed the examiner's rejection of claim 22, presented for the purpose of interference, but reversed the rejection of the remaining claims on the art relied...
